I've always wondered (seriously).... Can a paralyzed man or a paralyzed women achieve orgasm? Or is the sex life gone after paralysis?

Yes, I can have sex. I have what is called a reflex erection , which means the erection happens from touching instead of the mental stimulation.

Yes, I can have an orgasm, but I don't have one during sex.

I have been paralyzed for over 14 years, and the sex is better now then it ever was.

Depends on the paralysis. I went to school with a guy who had polio and was in a wheel chair due to lower paraplegia. He got married and had kids.......but I did not ask for details.

an orgasm is how the mind conceives the moment...I've had them just thinking about my husband's kisses...they have sex on a totally different emotional level than any of us with full use of everything could EVER have...

That depends on which part of them is paralysed, if the part concerned is in that area, then yes, it is paralysed.
