If you even THINK this could actually happen, then you obviously haven't yet studied the basics of biology. Which means you are probably younger than junior high school (middle school) age. Then again, even without ever having had any science classes at all, you should probably be able to answer your own question, if you really think about it. :)
Just for the record, what Ohiobytes said about "CABBITS" is false. There's no way a rabbit and cat can interbreed. You can click the cool website below to learn all about the cabbit MYTH. There's also interesting info there about genetic mutations among Manx cats that can make their bodies somewhat rabbit-like, but they are certainly just cats!

The female rabbit can and the female dog can. But the female rabbit has to mate with a male rabbit. And the female dog has to mate with a male dog.

I don't know how this animal was made but there is a such thing called a Dobbit. It has a rabbit head and the body of a pit bull dog. Its a two tone brown and white under the bottom. They were discovered May 21 2006 in Zapala, Argentina, and in South Africa. They grow to 2 feet tall at the shoulders and 3 feet to the tips of there ears. They get as heavy as 20-25 pounds. If you want to see a picture of it let me know and I will scan it and send it to you!!!

No. The domestic rabbit can't even have babies with the European Cottontail (wild rabbit).
Species that have a different number of chromosomes cannot successfully reproduce.
It's even less likely that a prey species (rabbit) would allow a predator species (dog) to mate with it.

Actually, when I was a young child, I used to think that Dogs and Cats had babies together. I thought that same with Horses and Cows for that matter.

No, but a rabbit and a cat can and they have before. They used to breed them that way and they called them Cabbits-seriously, not kidding you. I think the animal activists got involved in it though, don't think they do it anymore-that I know of. With people nowadays-who really knows though.
