Whoa - big red flag alert! If you do a "whois" search on the domain registry information for section8programs.com, it shows the registration whois data is very incomplete, and the only contact for the company is via an aol account.

Does not look promising to me.

You can do a whois search at http://www.internic.net. Just enter the domain name and see the details

I went to see it. They are fairly new, looks like they offer some good services but you know what I'm always leary of a company that won't tell you about themselves so that people can go check them out and these guys don't obviously want you to know who they are. It looks like they are private for profit but who knows. All that information they have you can find on the internet. One of our companies is a real estate form publishing company and they are constantly doing research when the research department can not verify the identity of a company they drop the search on that company. So what can I tell you.
Dropped.
