If the Islamofascist cells were smart they would build strap the explosives on themselves and hit a couple of dozen malls simultaneously right at the beginning of the holiday shopping season. It would cripple the economy.
Two part question:
1. What has kept them from doing this already. (I find it hard to believe that the Bush Administration is doing such a great job that they could stop this type of attack)
2. How long until you think this happens?

I think that they want to hit places that are signs of American "Greed/opulence" if you will... places that normal Americans don't go/work...
I think they want everyday Joe American to side with them... and to attack them, that would destroy that... granted, it's already destroyed...
the other reason that they don't, I think is, because they know if that happened... it would be an all out "sh*t storm" 10 times worse than post 9-11... because then everyone would be so scared, they just wouldn't care anymore...
so I don't think it will happen... maybe some like huge mall... mall of America or something... but I think they are going after Iconic/symbolic American symbols... not just the mall on the corner...

There's no way that the Bush administration or anyone else can stop terrorist sneak attacks forever, although they've done a good job so far. Don't worry about terrorists reading this site and using your idea, though. They've read Tom Clancy's books. He pretty well guessed what to expect from the terrorists long ago. Shame that so few took him or Oliver North seriously.
