in the manga, luffy and zoro had a fight and it ended in a draw because they got sidetracked. while they are both the "big guns" of the ship, i would have to say luffy would win. when there was one guy that no one could beat, it was always luffy to the rescue, and from reading the manga, it seems like the captain is also always the strongest member of the crew, and i don't think this case is any different.

There would be no winner because of Luffy's darn near invulnerable body and Zolo's inpenetrable determination, and skill. But if I had to choose it would somehow be Nami who wins I don't know how.

to me both would win because both have weakneses
Luffy the boy who ate the gum gum fruit able to stretch and a curse of the water to drown
Zolo the Swordsmen he might be strong with oni giri technique
but he can win with the stretch of luffys energectic self
Nami the thief and navigator able to seduce a man to get what she wanted
