how do I block unwanted calls on a nokia 6030?

a friend of mine answered one of those stupid money scams on the computer. now the man from nigeria will not leave her alone. he is calling using a calling card...that is all she knows...he has already scammed money from her....and now this...told her to report him to authorities...anyway to help block this number???

welll......u ca Call Up the Phone Company and Say them 2 Block the Calls 4m These nUmbers..........and tell them the Reason on Why u wanna do tat ...............They will Surely Help u Out.............Hav Fun.
