I have four tattoos and don't regret them at all. I would say that you should consider it carefully though as it's not for everyone. Tattoos are OK in a country like England if you can cover them for work or social occasions, but not in countries like Japan where you will not be able to enter a lot of hot springs and Gyms if you have them. I have travelled a lot and sometimes the reaction is OK. Sometimes it's not. Think carefully about your tattoo and where you want it. I would suggest you only tattoo on places that you can easily cover and not on your leg and foot as you may not always want to wear shoes and long trousers in public.

I have 6 tattoos and have not regretted any of them. Two of them are foot/ankle tattoos. I get a lot of compliments on them. I have a purple flower with black tribal on the top of my left foot and a purple rose with a vine on my right ankle w/ the vine going down onto the top of my foot. Just a word of caution, the foot and ankle area tend to hurt worse because there is not much muscle or fat there...kinda bony! Worth the pain tho...I love mine!!! Good luck!

First how old are you, a reputable artist will not tat on any one under 18.
....Let me be very clear! A Tattoo does not wash off. it is a permanant part of your body for the REST if your life. Dont get one because "everyone else" is getting one. It is a personal and permanant decision about your body. I do know someone that had one removed....they said it hurt worse than getting it...if you get one, here is the advice I gave some one last night.

dont search the web for a tat. ask around and go to the places people recommend to you, people you know who have tats and they are good. most tat shops get thier business by word of mouth. get something original, would you want to run into someone and find out that you both have the same tat? dont pick one online. go to a real artist and let them help you with your idea. artist are more willing to give you a good price and do a great job if it is something they want to do instead of some pic you take in and say "i want this". I dont know where you live, i could tell you the best place to go if you were in nashville tn. and another BIG NO NO.....No b/f or g/f names you will regret it!

No. not unless you are committed for the rest of your life to it, and no one can be certain how they will feel years to come. I love the artwork, but hate the concept, unless people get them beyond the shirt sleeves, and all over their face, and really get into bieng tattood. in other words, it is a decision, and a total committment, forever...and why hide that commitment and decision so when wearing clothes to work they are hidden kneck down, via shirt, and arms via sleeves. If you are going to do it, be proud, and display, a statement, or do not bother ***** footing around with a daisy or and I love you half way up your leg, where no one will see. Pointless, they are pretty pointless anyway, except as I say the artwork is amazing. So, choose, become the illustrated man, or nothing.

It sounds like it could be ok.... just make sure it’s a design your going to want to live with. I’ve been wanting one for quite sometime but I haven’t been able to make a finale choice. I think tattoos can be sexy, if done well and in a complementary way. On the other hand, if it's done badly they just look trashy and gross. By the way- if your under 18 I would say it's a no-go. If someone is willing to do it then they probably aren't good.

Tattoos are a sign of human and animal slavery or human spiritual bondage. Always have been, are now and always will be. This holds true despite the level of art that may be brought to the event.

Will you regret it? If you have no spiritual understanding, probably not. If you are in truth a free spirit you won't do it. If you like slavery, go for it.

Personally, I don't think tattoos are something to regret. I have six of them and I'm proud of all of them and don't mind wearing shirts that show them off. I think that your choice of a bird or vine tattoo is a good choice, especially if it's your first and if you don't exactly want it to show all the time, that's a good place to put one on the foot.

I wish you all the best in finding a great tattoo artist, the guy who did mine is very proud of his artwork and I get lots of compliments on them.

If you are already wondering if you will regret it I would say not to do it. I always tell people to stay away from parts that will sag later in life and remember that it will still be on you when you're 80. I know a girl that got "nympho" put on the bottom of her back on her 18th b-day....bad idea and she knows that now.

Yes i reckon you should... I haven't regretted mine, but make sure you have a design and talk to a tattooist about where to put it on your foot because with the curves and ankle it may look different then what you would expect... Sounds pretty hot... Ignore all those haters : (

I think that if a tattoo is not somewhere you would constantly see it it would be ok. I have a small dolphin riding a wave on my ankle and you wouldn't know it was there! Just really think it through before you do it though.
