Were you hoping for twins? Unless they saw two sacs there probably is no reason to think your having twins.

I found out I was expecting twins around 10-11 weeks. They say 2 little spots on the ultrasound.... twins are great... mine are 21 months old and I am pg again, crossing my fingers for another set..

No if you are suppose to be having twins they should definitely hear two. Sometimes in the early stages of pregnancy with twins the heart rates can be the same that the DR cannot distinguish them apart.

No, they would see twins right from the beginning. Now it has happened before where one baby was hiding behind the other and the technician didn't see the 2nd one, but usually they catch it.
