There is something going on in the back of your mind that you must be a little worried about. Take some 'Goodnight', can be bought at health food store. Perhaps a quick 20 minute walk round the block an hour before bed time, then a hot chocolate, you also need to wind down, with a little 'Goodnight', within 5 minutes you should feel like sleeping. You should sleep all night long. Goodnight.!!

You need to try several different therapies until you find what works with you.

Don't drink or eat anything with caffeine after 2 pm. Don't watch TV while trying to sleep. Get a noise machine, that will give you several options. Start relaxation techniques, like meditation, yoga, a warm bath. Even take a sleep aid, like Simply Sleep or melatonin...something over the counter and non-habit forming.

A good part of the problem is worrying that you cannot sleep...a sleep-aid can help you there. Give whatever you try two weeks . Then if they work, great. If not, then try something different for two weeks.

I wish you luck! You may very well have to consult a physician.

Since you are still at Level 1 here I don't think you are addicted to this site (as I am LOL). You should seek medical help to find out what's making you loose sleep at night. They could give you something to help you get started on the road to more restful sleep perhaps. I think it's worth a try.

Good luck!

well it really matters on what you do during the day. if you are very active during the day then u should be tired

but if u r really lazy then your body is ready to go at night

and if that doesn't cover it then either it is a condition or you just arn't making your body calm down and stay asleep

I think you are stressed, I suffer restless nights when Im highly stressed & sometimes, I sleep too much. Try 2 figure out what it is that is stressing u or maybe you shouldn't bring your work in your bedroom, reserve it for rest & relaxation!

Sleep tight 2nite!!!

u may be too worried about something and not even know it. Or your brain is too busy thinking about something else. But u might wanna try laying a warm rag or cloth over your face when going to sleep it wll help.

ok, in order to go to sleep, you have to fouc on something that calmes you, dont focus too much, let urself drif deeper into your subconsiousness. i prefer to think of nothing but my inner thughts (u no, the ones thts hard to hear, yet no their there, im not talking spirtually)
