I know I have dreamed about my deceased mother but for some reason, I can't remember them. Is it possible for the dead to communicate with the living?

Yes, it happens. Dream time is a very common place for people to receive messages. There are times I dream of my Mother and other times we visit. You will be able to tell the difference.
During my waking hours I receive messages for others. It is real. There is no death, only another form of existing.

As a believer in reincarnation, YES! However, know one thing. The living do not speak or communicate with the dead. The dead is dead. The flesh is dead. The spirit lives on forever as it has since the beginning. So, the living can communicate with departed spirits who linger in this sphere.
If you still can, get a book titled: The Ghost of Flight 401. Don't see the movie. Movies exaggerate things a little. Read the old book which should still be found in libraries, public and private. When you read the book, try not being alone any long periods of time while reading.
It is Biblical that our atmosphere is full of spirits, good and evil.

No, the dead cannot communicate with the living. The Bible says that the dead have no knowledge or work or life in the grave. Jesus likened death as sleep. He said in Ecclesiastes 9:5 that the dead are conscience of nothing. All those in the memorial tombs are awaiting the time when they will be resurrected back to life on a paradise earth. Please don't ever try to communicate with the so called "dead". They are really demons trying to make it seem that the dead are aware of their surroundings.

No. The dead have ceased to have any thoughts, and certainly have no ability to communicate. They're dead - that means gone.
Now, that means that your memory of your mother is most of what's left of her having existed at all. Rather than worrying about her continued consciousness after death, I suggest that you put yourself to the task of living your own life in a way that honors her memory.
Later: You people are sick. This woman is obviously distressed about the loss of her mother, and you go telling her this crap about being able to still communicate with her. Have a little respect next time - this isn't a silly little game.
Hon, your mother is gone, but you can still do something for her, again, by living a meaningful, interesting life in her honor.

From my experience yes!! I honor my ancestors everyday. They acknowledge that and help me in anyway I may need. Without them I would not be here. Besides aside from the religious aspect medium speak with the dead all the time. John Edward surly does.

NO I dont think so-- My mother died over two years ago from a heart attact we were very close, if anyone would cross over, my mother would and she hasn't. So i am having a hard time believing anymore.

But what you do communicate with is evil spirits, as the Bible says.....
These spirts have certain imformation, that try to draw you in...I know, I have tried it......its dangerous, and in some cases can send some people wanting more-and-more.
Then once your hooked, BAMM!
The dead are dead, as is my mother....and this is forbibben by GOD!...So stay away, as people never get the truth...only part of it, if you go looking....Please do not entertain this idea...please....

Yes it is however actually remembering is an extreamly hard thing to do try starting a dream journal ..you write what you remember when you first wake up before you do anything else...It might help shed some light on whats going on..

I don't know...but there is this:
Harry Houdini was quite interested in exposing fake "mystics" who said they spoke with the dead. He and his wife arranged a secret set of signals that they would use to communicate to each other if they could after one of them died.
After Harry died (and not from the Water Torture trick, that's Hollywood) his wife spent years having many, many people who claimed they could talk to the dead try to contact Harry. None of them ever used the correct signal.

I'm a clairvoyant/medium...and I communicate with them daily...when something happens that can't be explained...I KNOW it's someone TRYING to make contact! I dream about my mom who passed away some time ago...and during the dream..as soon as I mention I know she's gone...she backs away and is no longer in the dream..I actually can feel her in the room when I wake up...
Next time you have a dream with your mom in it...try to write down when you first wake up ..the feelings you had when you saw her...or what happened during the dream...
