What is the title of the song singing, "street light...", on London Hearts 106.2?

I have tried searching the song by the title with "street", "light", and other keywords, but that was not successful. It's been played quite often, but not during the time I hear the station.
As far as I can get, it sings, "street light, it's the only light I know" or something like that.
