30 days from the day you are evicted assuming that that is atleast 30 days from you last rent payment. Having no lease just gives him the right to evict you each month the 30 day thing is standard for any eviction.

I don't think it matter for me to know what country or state that you reside in.
You will be able to buy time while the owner goes to court to obtain an order of eviction. This usually takes time and the judge will usually give you 30 days or less to get out.
If you live in a third world country it can take three or four months for the owner to evict you as the court systems are quite slow.
Without a lease he/she can throw you out the same day, plus all your furniture onto the street.

It depends on your State, contact your County Clerk's office for the laws, but typically they have to get a court ordered eviction, after that you typically have between 14 and 30 days to leave.

well i think you have 30 days by law. however since there was no lease i would not think you come under that law. but i think i am correct 30 days to find a new home

well, at one time (and we did have a lease), we had 7 days according the the court papers or she could have charged us one months rent for EACH day beyond that and one months rent for each of the 7 days also
