Why do you want to remove the paint? If you are doing body work, you can sand the area. If you are trying to damage a car that is not yours, try diet coke and distilled water. 1 part diet coke to 100 parts distilled water will work well for you for vandalism!!!

what kind of paint is on car. if it is road marking paint, you can try oven cleaner ( on a small spot first to make sure it does not ruin the original paint or clear coat). the detailers at the chevy-dodge dealer i work for use it to clean off paint stripes, and painted on
signs on trade in vehicles.
