The funniest movie I ever saw was Liar Liar. Jim Carrey was "on" the whole time and I've never seen him funnier. It was his signature film and at least he had one. His gift certainly came out during that movie!

"The Party", with Peter Sellers and "Young Frankenstein" by Mel Brooks with Gene Wilder. I recommend those movies to everyone.
Sellers was a comedy genius.

my all time fav movie is rocket man with some crazy guy it was so funny i laughed through the whole entire movie
another good one is beavis and butthead do america "fly high lesbian seagulls" but rocket man is the most hilariouus film ever you should go rent it
