Yeah, I've heard of the yellow showers and women who like them, but they're usually controlled. You don't seem to control this reaction. It maybe because you can't distinguish the difference in the way the orgasm feels and the sensation to pee. So you just let yourself pee without even realizing it.
But my advice would be to see a dr. But tell your dad about it, not your mom.

It's more common than you'd think- because the area is a place both for pissing and 'busting' :stimulation - such as an orgasm can trigger the nerve endings and make you feel as if you need to piss- just go to the bathroom before - and you'll have an empty bladder.

If you want to control the way an orgasm feels, practice tightening your muscles that you use to control your urine flow, you know stop peeing. The stronger these muscles get, the better the orgasm feels and you won't feel the need to pee right after unless your bladder is full. Now, if the girl wants a golden shower,that's a different topic but personally I think it's disgusting to get peed on but everyone has their turn ons.

Yup! If it's like you "bust" and two seconds later you're "pissing," then that might be a problem. But if you "bust" and then a few minutes later you have to pee, that's totally normal.

You may want to empty your bladder before engaging in self play. Also, practice male kegels. When you pee cut off the stream using your muscles and hold it for a count of ten then pee again. Repeat four or five times. Eventually you will get really good at it and the "piss" should stop. Good luck homey!!!
