I was doing a lot of yardwork for a friend, and I accidently 9without knowing what it was) got into a TON of something of this sort, but I'm not sure weather it's poision oak, poison ivy or poison sumac. Either way, Now I have a huge rash all over my face from it and I need some tips on how to deal with it, because I've honestly never had this before. Thanks in advance.

Calamine lotion for you. Roundup for the poison ivy/oak. Use undiluted, apply with paint brush to leaves of offending vines being careful not to get it on desirable plants. You'll see results in a couple of days.

If it's a poison ivy/oak/sumac rash it will develop first on more sensitive skin such as your face. You'll probably get more of it on other parts of your body. Shower well with lots of soap. Wash all clothes, shoes and anything else that may have come into contact with the plants. I've had my eyes swell shut and swollen blistering patches from this. Get to the doctor right away. They can give you a corticosteroid shot that will stop this.

Yikes! Go see a doctor right away. Don't touch anything that you were using in the yard that day. If you can sacrifice it, put gloves on and throw them all in the trash! You are allergic to it and since it's on your face it is a danger to your eyes. DO NOT BURN it!!!!!! The smoke will enter your lungs and it could be fatal! There are oils on the leaves that I THINK will stick around for years and years and years...even if you spray weed-b-gone on them and they turn brown and shrivel up. If you want it gone...and you will when your face and body are still swollen, itchy and scarred in a few weeks...you'll need to call the pro's or a best friend who is 100% positive they are not allergic. It will cost you some money, but it'll be worth it! Use Alcohol to remove oils...also dish soap and cold water. If you think you've washed everything, wash again! Keep your fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth! The doctor may prescribe a steroid and benedryl along w/ calamine lotion and aveeno baths. Hope that helps!

And finally ALWAYS remember this: "LEAVES OF THREE, LET THEM BE!"

If it is on your face you may have to see a doctor because it can hurt your eyes and if you itch it and get scras they will be nasty. Some benadryl will help it right now and get some cream for the rash. The spray creams are better as they are easier to put on and don't flake as easily. When I had it on my face, my eye swelled shut the second day I had it but I got some benadryl and it subsided the next day and was itchy but not horrible for the next few days. I have had poison ivy many times in my life and so I be more immune to it.

Apparently u r highly allergic to it like i am. First u can go to the docs and get a shot to help dry it up from ur insides. Also go to store and get Benadryl tablets and Benadryl Cream to use. I will tell u a secret that i have even had to tell doctors its the truth. If you are highly allergic to poison oak stay away from cashew nuts and varnishes for homes. They are related to the oak plant.

Anti histamine. Your best bet would be to go to the drug store and tell them what happened.
