Trying not to sound like a complete lunatic here, but I do have them. My friends and I refer to them as "Panicky Blast Powers" and they just seem to happen from time to time without my permission. Large objects move on their own, sparks appear out of nowhere, small objects materialize right in front of me--all very cool things, if only they weren't so independant! they don't cooperate with me at all.
This stuff has been happening for over ten years now, and I've tried just about everything twice already.

It's possible you may never be able to control them, as much as that sucks. I have similar issues with an empathy related gift--sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Your best bet is to find out what triggers it to begin with. Do you feel a particular emotion? Find the common element, and start there. Good luck!

this probably is more of a poltergeist if it acts completely independent. But seeing as a poltergeist can be sprawled on by someone who has psychokinetic ability's and some sort of emotional, or mental distress ( sometimes known by the user, and other times unknown) I would suggest that you try to figure out a pattern of when and how the objects move and then connect that to whatever mental and emotional state you were in at the time. That way if you could learn to replicate it, you may be able to get a control over it.
