As others have said, you need the volume to figure density. You could have a 25g piece of lead (very small) or a 25g piece of sponge (much larger). The densities of the two are distinctly different.

You need to know the volume before you can calculate the density.

you need to know the volume as well otherwise

density = mass/volume

Let volume = X
Mass = 25g

Density = 25g/X

in order to calculate density you would need to know the volume as well
