Sure! I'm sure they want you to express yourself and share information, no matter what the topic. Do you have a hobby or a skill you could share? Try to get your audience involved by asking them to share their dreams, or hobbies, and you tell them what you know about it. Have fun.

I think dreams is rather a hard subject to give an informative speech on. If you want to go the medical way it could be done, but if you get into the interpretive venue it might get soft and flaky.

You are better off picking a solid subject with well known facts. I'd focus on something you know how to do very well and enjoy doing. It could be as simple as " How to polish shoes properly ." Visual aids come very easy to that subject.

Think of something that can be demonstrated as you speak.

Dreams would be a very cool topic. For thousand of years people from every corner of the world have been trying to interpret dreams.

You will have many sources to go to.

Dreaming is a very interesting topic to some, like myself...but I am a sleep tech so it is gonna be interesting to me...I dunno if you know but you can only dream in 1 stage of sleep (REM) and that stage only lasts 70-90 min. a night...most ppl feel they dream alot longer than that...anyways I say yes....
