If the former then you can't go wrong by treating her like a princess. If the latter then you must find out as much as you can about her (without her knowing of course) to formulate your strategy.

Honestly its sweet that your asking. but if your being told its not real. You win a girls heart by being yourself, and not listening to what others say. My boyfriend won my heart by not caring about what others thought about him, and how he cares for me without peoples advice. Yeah occasionally I ask for advice, but to truly win someones heart you must be who you are, not what people think you should do, or be to get her.

Well pay her compliment on her looks and try and be nice to her. You can always ask her out to a movie, and you pay for everything and that shows you are a nice guy. You can even ask if her would she like to go for coffee with you one day; and you pay for the coffee.
