Havent yall heard the more the cushion the better the pushin? why do people think that just becase fat people are fat we are lazy slobs who must not have feelings so why not TRY to push us around? I think fat folks need a civil rights amendment all to themselves as were cross cultral???!!!

i understand what u mean ... i feel the same way as you too.. the media influence around us is a major factor.. we are so called educated to believe that fat people are lazy, ugly, unsucessful etc .. u name it ..which i beg to differ... just look at magazines promoting skinny models and all of course people start to "follow" the trend and perceive thin is perfect... sigh... i think deres nothing much to do though.. but hey on the other note some people do think that fat people are cheerful n bubbly... so i think dere are some positive thing ..

Because overweightness and obesity are unattractive and unhealthy.
Did you know that more bodily diseases can be attributed to overweightness and obesity than smoking? Look it up yourself. Overweight and obese people have a MUCH higher chance of diabetes, heart disease, liver problems, pancreatic problems, digestive tract cancers than non overweight people. Who wants to date and get involved with someone like that?
I understand that some people cant help their weight, but that percentage is less than two percent. Why would I choose to live with someone who can not even take care of their own bodies? Your health and body is your most sacred possession, why do so many trash it and treat it like a garbage disposal?

A lot of fat people are ugly, and being fat is often a sign of low self esteem. If they felt better about themselves, they'd take better care of themselves.
But it's mostly the ugly thing.
