Gargling with warm salt water is a good way to help soothe the pain, you might also want to try hot tea with lemon or even hot water with lemon. If you have a fever, body aches and chills it could be the flu, rest and lots of fluids are your best bet. If you have a high fever and a headache make sure to monitor that and if you don't feel better in a couple days or get worse call your doctor or go to the local emergency center.

Take care, sorry you don't feel good.
