I had the same thing going with my ex. Just busy your spare time with things you enjoy, and give yourself things to look forward to, like a weekend with your pals, or something. Getting excited about a future event, no matter how big or small it is, can help you feel better.

Other than that, it's one of those things that takes time. You can't force yourself to cut off romantic feelings you have for someone.

More than likely you will not get over it. There is nothing anyone can do or tell you to do that will change this. Love is a very powerful thing and when it does not go our way it can be very hurt full. If you were in a relationship with this guy there may still be a chance just give him time, it seems from my experience that with time they will change their minds once they see what they are missing out on. Good Luck! Do not listen to what others tell you, espically the ones that are close to you... you think there the ones that know you best so what they say is probably true but its the opposite...those who do not know you usually give the best advice!

When you love someone, you never get over it. You can try dating other guys and getting your mind off of him. It just wasn't meant to be with this guy. It's someone better out there for you but first start mingling.

Well depending on how long you two have been dating. If its a long time, and he wont say he loves you then he is not ready for a serious relationship. So i suggest sitting down with him and talking.

You put one foot in front of the other and walk away. Don't make a fool of yourself. Find someone who will appreciate and hold your love dear to them.
