Have him go to a doctor and get a sperm count test done. It's very accurate.

If you don't go to the doctor to get him checked out and you end up pregnant, you will know he is not sterile. He He. Not very funny huh? Sorry. :)

Sperm Count. His primary care will give him a container which he would have to deliver to the lab no later than 45-60 minutes from making a "deposit"

more than likely you could go to eckerd and buy the fetility test for males for about 33.00
my hubby used it and it told him he is fertile but i dont know if you should hold account to it. also he cant pleasure himself or recieve pleasure for three days.
but if you really want to make sure i would go with that the others have stated and go to the doctor, can any one tell me on here how much that costs?
