Well, I have a severe problem, i always was a nervous person, I get so nervous EVERY morning in school that i have to use the bathroom. It sounds funny, but it sucks. I was wondering if there is any faster ways to calm down in a few minutes while im in class? Thanks to all of you who answer me!!!

i always use breathing techniques. like count to 10 and inhale and exhale slowly. I don't think it's funny...there's lots of people out there that have problems like the one you have.

Good luck! And remember...things are never as bad as they seem to be...my guess is half the time you are nervous..others out there are just as nervous as you.

IS THAT ANYTHING LIKE HIGH ANXIETY? NERVOUS TENSION TURNED INSIDE OUT, SWEETIE ALL I KNOW IS THAT I TOO AM A VERY ANXIOUS PERSON, MY HANDS USED TO SWEAT SO BAD IN SCHOOL I COULDNT EVEN HOLD MY PENCIL AND MY PAPER WOULD GET WET, YOURS IS JUST WET AT THE OTHER END, IT TOOK ALONG TIME TO GO AWAY AND BY THE WAY MY DAUGHTER HAS THE SAME THING IF IT GETS REALLY SEVERE THE FEELING IN YOUR CHEST ECT, GO TO A DOCTOR , I TAKE MEDICATION THAT SLOWES ME AND MY THOUGHTS DOWN, MANIC WORRY NERVOUS, THATS THE ONLY THING I MIGHT SUGGEST, I TRIED ALL THE OTHER THINGS LIKE THINKING ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE, BREATHING DEEP, WHATEVER THEY NEVER WORKED, JUST A THOUGHT. Just take a deep breath and try to relax. Think about things that don't make you nervous.

Drink lots of water, but not too quickly. Relax your muscles and stop stressing. Focus your attention on one thing and dont get too worked up.

See a doctor & he'll give you meds for this.
