Research is being done, the future is at hand.

This article is about some mice that were born with human brain cells, effectively animal-human hybrids. More research is being done on different hybrids and techniques. Soon we'll be able to get spliced just as easily as getting a tattoo.

Yes, but doing this is illegal and you would probaly be be finded 10 trillion dollars and a really really really really really slow and painful death. By reallly slow i mean SLOW like 30 years.

Not naturally, but with advanced genetics it might be some day.
