I used to have this problem alot, I used to put about 10 gallons of water mixed with liquid tide in the trunk, then take my stiff bristle horse brush and scrub out all I could (I did this with the carpet still in the trunk) lift the carpet after you have gotten all you can with the brush and you will find a low spot with a plug, pull the plug and let it drain out (hold the carpet up to speed the draining) after the bulk of the bloody water is out it may be clean enough if the blood was fresh but still rinse it atleast once.
If it is old blood 3 or more days you need to do this also take a 5 gallon bucket of cold water and mix in 1/2 - 1 cup of bleach if it is a light color carpet use one cup if its darker maybe only use 1/4 cup pour the bucket of bleach water into the trunk with the drain plug back in and let it sit for 1-4 hours. the bleach does 2 things it destroys any blood born bacteria etc. and as im sure you have noticed blood has a aroma the bleach kills the strange smells comming from your trunk.
This has always worked for me, How the blood got there for you is between you and God. On my part I have a habit of picking up good road kill..hey deer hides and fur tans just as good from a road kill as it does a trap or bullet kill.

As far as how the Stain came to be, I won't even go there. But, get a couple of Gallons of Clear Vinegar and at least 5 Boxes of Baking Soda.Sprinkle a Couple of Boxes of Baking Soda, then, Lightly Pour the Vinegar evenly. To get a really good, even Dispersal, fill up an Empty Spray Bottle, like a Windex Bottle with Vinegar, and Spray it onto the Baking Soda. Then, as it's Foaming, Scrub it with a stiff Scrub Brush.Keep doing that, and You'll get the Stain, and the Smell as well. Then, Clean it up with Hot Water and Rags, Sponges, or Paper Towels. But the Evidence will still be there. Luminol will still find the Blood, no matter what You do ! C.S.I. Rules !

Trade the car in at the dealership, They usually don't look in the trunk anyway. Just make sure and remove the body first.

Just use really hot water and soap. Or just cover it up with a piece of rug, if your worried about the cops finding it. Get rid of the car, because no matter what you do, the dna will be in there.
Not that I know. LOL

The Local Police Department has great blood stain removers. I suggest that you consult them for removal prices. and victim burial costs.

on mythbusters, they showed that coca-cola helped a lot, just use it ke a soap, rub it lol. after that, wash 3 times with liquid dawn (to further remove that stubborn (insert victim... i mean animal here) stain, then i suggest soaking it all in 100% alcohal to kill any bacteria left
