The free enterprise system does not guarantee every business will be successful, The reason being free enterprise system is based on individuals and business operating with a minimum of government interference or regulation. We have got limited or scarce resources therefore some individuals or businesses may end up not having enough resources inorder to create, develope or produce or even compete in the market place.

No, the free enterprise system does not guarantee that every business will be successful. It is based on people having the freedom to patronize whatever business they want to, and businesses must compete. A company that has higher prices than a competitor has a higher chance of going out of business. All one must do is look at Wal-Mart's success, and the other businesses that go out of business once they come to town, to understand how this works.

No. Imagine that there are two bookstores. One has 1,000,000 dollars to start with, the other only has 1,000. The one with 100,000 can afford more employees, a better building, better advertizing, more perks, etc. The one with only 1,000 will have to rent a building, not have many employees, and will be pretty much praying that they'll make enough money each month to pay the electricity bill. Free enterprise claims that these two buisnesses are starting on the same playing field and that if a company is good they will succeed and if they are bad they will fail. But even if the company with 1,000 has way better ideas and is run by better people, they are much more likely to fail than the one with 1,000,000.

It allows hopeful entrepueners to try their luck in the field of business, but with the growing coporations developing implied monoplies, the rising minimum wage, and all the tiny problems involved cause business owners to fail horribly in the world of business. This isn't all that will pull them down in bankruptcy, they have to have a good product, prices, customers, and service. Without a balance of all four, they are bound to sink into the quicksand of debt.

No, but it guarantees that every business has a chance to be successful, depending on a number of different factors, such as product, service, and overhead.

heck no broseph.
free enterprise is the econimic equivalent to survival of the fittest, and the loser dies a bloody death. ideally this results in the surviving business being bigger and better, and the economy as a whole rocks on.

No it doesn't. You still have to have a good product and good service and competitive pricing. Otherwise the other guy will put you out of business.
