Well actually the decision is totally yours and if you feel like your breast are getting in the way and causing you pain then it would be a wise choice to get a reduction but I know people younger that you that have had the reduction and even older so its basically up to you. Good luck and I hope this helped:)

Your boobs are only going to get bigger over the next few years, mine didn't stop growing til I was 25, so if you're in a lot of pain & hunching over from them now I would go to a doctor. At least to register that you have been in wanting to get this done in the past if they make you wait for a few years. I don't know why they would though, if it's health problems they're usually pretty understanding, my friend was 18 when she got her massive E size (she was only like 5 foot tall) down to a reasonable C. If one doctor knocks you back always go get another opinion until you get an answer that suits you.

My aunt got a reduction at age 15. If it's causing you pain/back problems, go for it.
However, if it's not, maybe you should wait--try to see if they "grow on you," so to speak. Try to feel confident about how you look...it's hard, I know, when you have something so...obvious...but try! I considered getting the OPPOSITE surgery done, but then I realized how expensive that would be, and how easy it is to mess up. As I said, it's an obvious area. If one ends up misshaped or significantly larger than the other, it would be more noticeable than your large chest.

If you're starting to have back or neck problems, then it might be wise to look into breast reduction.
If you're just concerned about appearances, you may want to wait for a while. Of course, you could talk to a doctor and see if the doc thinks that you may end up having neck or back problems in the future. Also - talk about the risks of the surgery with the doc.

Oh dear lord.
Please don't do that. That would be like a man with a 9 inch penis getting it shortened. Just find a man who enjoys your chest the way it is, and also likes you for you.
I'd be willing to give it a try...
