More and more leaders are being developed. Personally as a leader, i find it hard to follow the lead of other leader because i'm not used to following others but only for others to follow my lead.

Death by administrative overkill is not pretty. If you are a leader who cannot follow others, then others will not follow you for very long. Show them how you want to be followed by following.
An interesting example is David in the Bible. God told him he would be king and Samuel actually anointed him such. David refused to harm or allow any of his followers to harm his king, Saul. He taught his followers and through them, later, the nation, that the person of the king was inviolate. Teach by example.

Supply and demand dictates that many of the leaders will lead themselves to other companies until there is a balance.

I couldn't see much work being done due to arguing/debating and it's not too often that they will admit that they are wrong, a leader being wrong to most shows weakness.
