I never really thought about it before. 8 years! Yikes! Too bad I'm 40K in debt on student loans and teach at a public school in NY.
By the way, 8 years teaching and I make just under 50K/year.

I'm in my freshman year of college, but I came in with 23 credits from dual enrollment in high school, so I'll be able to be done in 3 1/2 years (possibly 3 years if I take summer courses too, which I just may do). Although that's if I don't decide to change my major or anything, so who knows, it could end up being the full 4 years or longer anyway.

College... It took me five years for my BS. Drove 45 miles to and from. Don't look at the years you have to go. Do one semester at a time and when that semester is done- say to yourself; ex: three down and so many to go! If you think to yourself that you will never finish you won't. But, look at each semester as a goal you are trying to finish. Or you could be overwhelmed with the thought of how many years you have left to go. And I was 43 when I graduated. Late bloomer - but I did it. And so can you!!!

Went to school for 4 years, graduated with a Bachelors in Business Admin, Majors in Marketing and Management and minors in Accounting and Economics.

This is my 2nd year, I still have more lovely painful years to accomplish. Can't complain though, still somehow like the pain.
I pay about 900 Aus dollars for each science subject.
