Did he say that he was having the baby himself? Cause that would be very strange and have to be something symbolic.
Heck it could be literal and mean that he will be getting his girl pregnant and announce to you that he is going to be a father. It's hard to say, I would need more information to work with.

Maybe. Or either it was something that you have thought about before and it was on your conscience and you dreamed about it. You'll know if does happen though.
