A philosopher is a person who asks questions such as whether God exists, what is the nature of reality, whether knowledge is possible, and what makes actions right or wrong

He tries to make sense of experience and seeks truth, ultimate causes and underlying reasons for things. Some philosophers are preoccupied with being qua being; others want to know the nature or extent of knowledge. Aristotle said that wonder is the beginning of philosophy.
