If you are trying to get pregnant, have sex every other day.
If you do not want to get pregnant, do not have sex at all.
Now, will you answer my question too, please?

Yes, assuming that you have a "normal" cycle. I would recommend taking your temperature each morning and evening from the first day of your cycle, and recording both for a month. That will usually give you a better idea of what day you do ovulate on (your body temp will rise 12-36 hours prior to ovulation).
If you follow this, and still don't get pregnant within a few months, you might want to see your doctor.

it doesn't really matter what time it is when you have sex. But if you have sex a few days after your period it is very easy to get pregnant. You should check with your doctor, but the chances are low.

YES, very very high!!! That's when you are ovulating, two weeks after your period, even though you only ovulate for 24 hours a month, a mans sperm lives for 5 day.

14 days after your period is a very likely day that you may get pregnant.
