Disconnect one of the battery cables, Then look and see if you get a spark when you touch the disconnected cable to the battery terminal . When you do this make sure everything is turned off and your car doors are close. If you get a spark you have something draining your battery .
I had a power seat switch stick one time and kept draining my battery. I was hard to find but easy to fix.
Good Luck.

Because you have a problem other than the battery or the alternator. Throwing parts at a car seldom fixes the problem unless you get lucky.
You probably have a parasitic load such as a dome light, glove box light, aftermarket amp not switching off, etc. Troubleshooting your car over the internet is essentially impossible. You need to get someone who knows how to perform a proper diagnosis to look at it... Even if it means spending money.

I had the same problem. The mechanic had not cleaned and cleared the cables properly to connect to the battery. I'd try this first. If that's not it, get it diagnosed.
