I'd be interested in what you find, too. I do know that a lot of colleges are old and historic and set in historic towns and cities. But shaped like a castle, you got me.

Maybe Harvard or William and Mary, there the oldest in America. Either that or one in spain or france, but I wouldn't go there for college.
