I need to locate a egr valve on a 94 ford probe 4cylinder Help?

Mine is going out and im not sure where it is. i normally dont work on fords.i know what it looks like but i cant find it.

look for the pipe that goes to the exhaust pipe opposite end of exhaust should be real close

egr valve is mounted to the intake manifoild has rubber hose going to it and coming off of it. it looks like a diaphram.

and somewhere you can't get to either.
