I actually have the N70 right now..
The difference is way too big..
1st of all let me tell you about the camera N70 has only 2MP camera with regular Nokia Optic lens. As for the N73 it has a 3MP camera with Carl Zeiss Opitc lens..
As for the design.. I like the N70 better..

the difference is n3. you see...you actually take the n73 and subtract (thus difference) the n70. the 'n' in the equation is the unknown. we can solve for 'n' like this:
n73 - n 70 = z, then... n3 = z, then... multiply by 54 and it looks like this n162 = z x 54, then divide by 6... n27 = z x 9.... in the end, you will find that n = 12.554.
