No they are annoying but the worst is placing an order for item i live in Newcastle upon tyne and have a Geordie acsent ha ha i know but trying to explain to an Asian gent i want white ones with black straps is mission impossible so now i don't order i go to the shops and buy so saving money on call centre staff has actually cost them a customer Dave

I attempted to be polite once but the lady seemed to repetitively ask the same questions (it was some consumer survey) just worded differently. After about 5 minutes all that was positive and polite went out the window, and I hung up on her.

Of course they do. If there not positive results, no one would spend the money to have call centers. Enough people respond positively to make it profitable or there would not be call centers. The same holds true for spam, if it didn't work and wasn't profitable there would be no spam.

i did once, never again.i felt sorry the guy on the phone so i answerd his stupid questions and ever since we get calls all the god damm time.never again.
