I usually hold things in or let them go and find myself later relasing it by excersizing or writing or reading or something that is not going to damage someone. I cry alone which helps..... just letting things go... then after a good cry and some chocolate I am usually ready to move on.

depends, i am sumtimes for a while like a day but u learn to let things go, and it's better if you do, cuz if you don't then ur gonna live with it for the rest of your life andt that'll drag u down!
