No, Adobe Photoshop, for a full version, will cost you money unless you obtain it illegally. Macromedia Flash is also illegal to obtain without buying it. The reason is because both of these products are copyrighted.

No, because Photoshop is not free and I report anyone who posts links to the Software Publisher's Association.

But if you want something almost as good, check out gimp - http://www.gimp.org/

you really can't get a free photoshop, but you can get some good imitations. The GIMP is a good one. gimp.com. also check out PowerBullet for flash animations. google PowerBullet.

You can try download.com, but you tend to get stripped down versions. But it's hard to beat free!
