It has not been released yet. but it was his wish that it be released, his wife (who has final say in the matter) says that she will honour his wishes and release the video to the public.

I don't know for sure. I think it's sick that someone would want to someone die on tape though. Isn't that suppose to be bad luck though? Anyways I wouldn't watch it.
