He signed with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment in 1996 for a record deal.
Unfortunately, the record never came out. In 1998, he was released from Aftermath. A year later, he was signed by Columbia Records and released his first album. He also performed as a singer, rapper, and hip hop dancer with the group 3rd Storee.
