Thank your lucky stars it went away and don't worry about it!!
I had "morning sickness" all day, every day for 9 months with my 3rd child.
With my first I had it for about 2 months in the beginnning and the whole last month.
My second baby I didn't have it at all.
As long as you're not bleeding, cramping or have any signs of major illness...enjoy the pregnancy while you can. Make sure you see an OB/Gyn regularly. They'll monitor you for any abnormal changes.
Congratulations!!

Each mom has different pregnancies from the next mom. Morning sickness can come and go at the drop of a hat, and is not a symptom of anything (including miscarriage) in itself. If you are having other symptoms - cramping, spotting, etc., then you may want to call your doc and just ask questions, to be more informed - not to panic!!
Be happy - with my twins I was green for the whole pregnancy!

Not a bad sign, be happy about it! Everyone is different. Some don't have it at all while some poor women have it the whole pregnancy. Your body is just getting used to all the different hormone levels.

No, it's not bad. You are lucky- some are plagued with it all the way through pregnancy, but some aren't. Enjoy it...and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

Not for sure...you just may be getting a break.
If you're really nervous about it, call your doctor and ask for an HcG level test.
If that is your only symptom, you just might be lucky!

As long as all of your symptoms didn't disappear, then it is OK. If every symptom disappeared, check with the doctor-I am sure all is OK!
