if a girl stills have pain in the 2nd time is that means a medical condition and she needs to visit a doctor ?

Well it's not as comfortable for us ladies as you guys...LOL...so yeah, if there is pain after a few times then talk to a doc. Could be something like a cyst or something simpler.
But second time, even third could still have some pain.

you should make your question a tad clearer. If it's pain in the reproductive system, then there could be a medical condition or it's just sore from about to menustrate, or she has to go pee, or you've been doing it too much.

the pain doesnt go away untill about the 3rd or 4th time depending on some girls. Yes she should see a Doc asnd get on birth control too to be on the safe side. PROTECT YOURSELF ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT!!! Dont be tryna pull it out the last second cuz it dont work like that!!!!!!

yeah if a gurl does it for the second time its still hurt a bit but if it does keep on hurting her then you should be worrying
