Ah.....yes. the "I can be fat and sexy" tour. I believe there are a few top reasons for this insanity.
Society. In this every kid can be president, and everyone gets a trophy sterile, neutered society, no one want to call it as it is. If a kid can't hit, sucks at swimming, could not learn to dunk if he had a dozen donuts and a gallon of coffee. We, as a society is not suppose to say anything. That is why these fat gals who think they are being sexy and cute keep doing it because no one tells them the truth they deny from the mirror.
The gals themselves. because of the failing of society to get them to face up to the truth. They can not imagine it. Just like all those people on American Idol who actually think they can sing because either no one told them they suck, or told them they sang great(because they never heard good singing no doubt) Unless someone tells them they look like baffoons they will never come to it on their own.
Which leads to the denial part. By doing so, these fat girls are trying to delude themselves they can rock it like a slender chick. And in a sense come up with an excuse not to hit the gym or put down that tub of ice cream.
The male society. Generations have grown up with fat girls so they seem more normal, just part of the population. Another reason why fat girls think they care on parity with slender girls. because they can always find a clueless guy to date them.
I don't blame the manufacturers. They will sell what the people buy even if they need it or it looks rediculous. Do bra manufacturers not make bras for women AA to B cup that could not find any hand if they had 15 miles of monkey bars and 3 dozen chimps? As long as these very slight chested women believe they have to have them, some one will provide them. same with these fat people. They may look stupid wearing them, but as long as they believe in their mind they look sexy. some one will provide it.
I hope they learn soon. They keep ruining my lunch.

Because they want to be thin and think that dressing revealing they are calling attention to themselves for another reason then being fat. Like the other person would over look the fat and look at the revealing clothes/body instead. Everyone wants to be noticed.

When I was heavier I NEVER dressed revealing...I think its gross... Being heavy was certainly nothing nice to look at,... I hated looking at it in the mirror, I certainly wouldn't torture others by wearing those types of clothes!
I am assuming those who are fat don't quite know it and they are very happy being the way they look...
I was not happy with the way I look and did something about it. Though I must admit I still don't wear revealing clothes...I guess I feel its just trashy looking and even though I look sooooooooo much better now I cannot bring myself to the trashy level. Being a business owner, I tend to keep a professional look and top notch at all times !

Better question might be why aren't there nice looking, fashionable clothes for large women that aren't really revealing? Something to cover the arms without looking like your grandmother should be wearing it? If the only fashionable clothes out there are revealing, large women are going to wear them. And I suspect most of them have mirrors.

Some of them want the same style as slim or slender women, but even I have to ask why are they making themselves prone to the nasty jokes when they need to wear clothes that fit their body type and I've seen some very stylish clothing for women of full and plus sizes and some of them look way nicer than the stuff skinny women wear and I've seen some skinny women envy the styles created for bigger females. There's nothing wrong with being a big girl as long as she's healthy and confident with herself and could careless who doesnt like her for the size she is. I've seen some beautiful plus size women and many of them are overlooked for many things, but are highly noticed for their great fashion sense.

Not all fat women wear reavealing clothing. My friend is tubby and she wears baggy clothes.. but maybe the ones that do think that dressing in small clothes they will make them suck in their stuff and then look skinnier or atleast feel skinnier.

They think that wearing more revealing clothes will make them feel better, they also think that they look god in it

1. they're prentending they have the figure in order to console thenselves.
2. they don't care and are shouting at the world 'look! i am fat but it doesn't bother me!'
3. they hope that dressing as if they're thin will help them look thinner and better.

Better question - why the heck do clothing manufacturers insist on making revelaing clothing in large sizes? Why feed the monster?

well I wear kinda revealing clothes because I think to myself....guys want sex...if I make it look like they can get it easy from me then maybe they'll like me...
