Saw Gordon Brown on TV this afternoon on the French news in NYC. He's quibbling with Tony Blair's wife. Oh, back to the topic, it's a slow process for the icecaps to melt. First you need to prepare for the cold weather. The ice is going to make the ocean colder, thus the world colder until this planet turns into a refrigerator. Maybe Mr. Brown could ship over some fur coats.

I wouldn't pin your hopes on Gordon Brown... we all have to take responsibility for the environment and we have to keep putting pressure on our politicians....

... if someone doesn't force Mr. Bush or his successors to change their ways, then all the good work being done in other countries will count for nothing. USA is the world's largest net producer of waste and net consumer of energy.

You might want to start building an Ark, but you have a bit of time yet...

Gordon will tax heating so much we can no longer afford to keep warm in our houses, so the energy requirment will be less and global warming will stop.

How old is your Dad, he will probably "Pop his Cloggs" before he is affected by global warming. It's your children's children that you should be worrying about.
