i wanna look more "in", which store can i go to and find cool clothes, clothes that is in fashion (girls) and still dont spend that much money. what clothes do u consider in?

The best place to go would be Ross they have a lot of the latest fashions for reasonable prices or little boutiques. Marshall's or Robinson's May clearance rack

try TJ Maxx, low prices on brand names. Go as often as possible though, because theyre always getting new stuff.
In addition to that, check out the sales racks at American Eagle and Abercrombie.
Aeropostle also usually has a lot of good deals too.
"In" right now is jeans, bold stripes, leggings, long shirts, and layering.

well don't try to copy other girls thats number one. but if you wanna look in, shop at a store where all the products are new and fashion forward but create your own outfits and put them together yourself. go to shops like forever 21, charlotte russe, wet seal, target, and anywhere else like that. just be sure to dress like yourself.

I'm a fan of Target ... Cute clothes, at low, low prices. You could also try thrift stores. After a while of digging you can find great things at great prices!
