how do you get over an attraction that is getting serious while you are recently dated someone? i want to stop it before i mess up, what do i do i see this kid everyday and i can't stop thinking about him and he is attracted to me too, he knows i have a boyfriend but he is promising me the world, i have been with my boyfriend for a year and i met this guy like 2 months ago, i don't know what to do, i don't want to act on impulse, but it is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!

You've got to explore all the possibilities or you're going to kick yourself the rest of your life. Don't even consider making a commitment with your current boyfriend if your head/heart can be turned so easily by another. It wouldn't be fair to the boyfriend or yourself. What IF this new guy turns out to be the true love of your life? You may lose your current boyfriend now and this guy later, but you'll forever be satisfied knowing you gave it a shot.

Seems like you might be attracted to the unknown....which we all do. You don't sound like you are that old, so I would not worry too much about it. This kind of thing has happened to most everyone and it is painful as it is happening, but you have to decide in you heart what you think you will be happier with. Don't go with what the new guy is offering you though...cause that aint gonna happen. Go with what you see in him. Character, behavior, social skills, etc, etc. Think if the two of you would make a good couple or not. It takes a few guys to go through...and I know you don't want to hear that...but, it's true! before you are going to want to stay with one man. I say date them both! And if they don't like it then ....oh well, there will be someone who will date you. Take it easy on yourself. You're probably pretty and lots of guys would date you so don't worry.

First off if he knows you have a boyfriend then if he was a REAL man he would not be putting you in this position Right? So having said that I guess the ball is in your court....you have to decide do you REALLY love the one you are with? Being attracted to others is normal not a big deal.....acting on it while still in ANY form of a relationship is wrong. This is something you will have to deal with most of your life...so how you deal with it now can set a pattern and only you know whats right.

Hey its like this --plain and simple. If you love your boyfriend stick with him and tell the other one to back off your happy right now.Or if you think you would be happier with the other guy, tell your boyfriend that its over and you still want to be friends. Either way just do what you think will make you happy.And try to better yourself, but dont go for no kid!!lolP.S. it's okay to be attracted to someone but dont let it go too far if u are with someone else. Make a decision and stick with it. Either one or the other. After you have made up your mind, then call it quits with the other person. Tell them that its over or whatever you want to say. Then live by your decision.

If you love your boyfriend this should not be a difficult decison. Just clearly tell this person that they need to stop. If they are not willing to do so. Then you need to distance yourself from that person and tell your boyfriend what is going on.

Fantasy is always greater than reality. If you are happy with what you already have, be thankful for it; many people are not that lucky. Why risk what you already have, which is good, for a fantasy that will probably not be anywhere near as good in the long run, as what you already have?
