if i was to have more testosterone in my body and excercise (40min run) would that increase weight loss?

Maybe, but avoid steroids. They can mess you up, dude. Just be patient and persistent with your weight loss program. Good night!

People say that, but I haven't seen any proof. I know plenty of guys who eat rarely anything and are a bit over wieght, and I know girls who eat like pigs and are incredibly thin, not masculine in any way, very feminine.

I've seen some men and women who excerise the same time, eat similar, but the guy will be plumper.

I think it has more to do with metabolism, than testosterone. Also has to do with body type, and who stores what fat where.
